Management Team

L’Adresse symphonique is a project administered by the Ministère de la Culture, des Communications et de la Condition féminine (MCCCF). Day-to-day operations are steered by the Project Management Office, which is headed by Director Jean Roy and his team of professional resources.

A Specific Mandate

The Project Management Office plans and coordinates the complete construction project of the hall according to directions given by a steering committee. The Office is in charge of organizing and monitoring all the stages of the project until its delivery. In so doing, the Office regularly seeks the advice of the OSM and PdA as the main users of the hall, as well as various interested public organizations such as the City of Montréal, the Ville-Marie Borough and Quartier des spectacles. The Office coordinates the sharing of information between Ovation, entrusted with the project and these organizations to make sure that each need is considered. Lastly, the Project Management Office provides work progress reports to the steering committee periodically.
