Selection Process

The process to select the appropriate partner for the construction project involved several stages and was managed by the Agence des partenariats public-privé du Québec, now called Infrastructure Québec.

The purpose of the process was to identify the group of companies that offered the best quality-price ratio, was the most qualified to carry out the project and the most likely to meet all the obligations specified in the agreement not only during the design and construction of the concert hall, but also for the entire duration of the agreement until 2038 when the Government of Québec becomes the owner of the concert hall.
