Call for Proposals

Final stage in the selection process, a call for proposals ( 5 Mb, 341 p.) was sent at the end of 2007 to the three consortiums pre-selected as a result of the request for qualifications. They were invited to submit detailed tenders regarding the suggested process for the design, construction, funding operation and maintenance of the new acoustic concert hall of Montréal.

Technical proposals were submitted in November 2008 and financial proposals, in February 2009.
