Request for Qualifications

As the first stage in the selection process, the purpose of the request for qualification is to identify and select businesses or consortiums showing interest in the project and having the relevant experience, expertise and skills to undertake it according to the Government’s conditions and requirements.

All the pre-qualification bids were assessed based on the conditions of admissibility and assessment criteria set out in the Request for Qualifications ( 5.3 Mb, 86 p.) document.

Four consortiums submitted pre-qualification bids at this stage in the process. Three of them were approved.
