Identifying needs
First and foremost, the design and construction of a world-class, top-quality acoustic concert hall needs impeccable expertise. The Government of Québec has had the opportunity to benefit from the advice of acoustics specialist Russell Johnson, founder of Artec Inc., to establish the highest quality standards for the new hall.
Implementing the project
Recognized worldwide for its top-notch acoustics expertise, the Artec consulting firm is working jointly with Groupe immobilier Ovation to create the optimal acoustic conditions of the future concert hall. Serving as main acoustics and stage designer, the consulting firm is developing the operating system of the hall.
